Family Values in Action – Celebrating Kerry’s 7 Years at CSDPrint

We are delighted to be celebrating a very special milestone – Kerry Austin’s 7th anniversary with CSDPrint.

To say we couldn’t manage without Kerry would be an understatement. In the fast-paced world of print, where deadlines are tight and every project brings its own challenges, Kerry is the calm, capable presence who keeps everything running smoothly and efficiently.

CSDPrint is always busy, with multiple jobs moving through production at any one time. Kerry is at the heart of it all. She supports our customers from the moment an order is placed, guiding them through each stage of the process. From helping to unravel design queries and managing delivery requirements, to coordinating every stage of production and dispatch, Kerry ensures nothing is left to chance. She even follows up to confirm that orders have arrived safely.

Her attention to detail, organisational skills and dedication to customer care make a real difference not only to our clients, but to the whole team. And with her husband Craig, our Production Manager, and son Liam also part of the CSDPrint crew, there’s never a dull moment!

Kerry somehow manages to keep everything calm, organised and running smoothly – both on the production floor and in the office – which is no small achievement in a busy family business like ours.
