Here are 5 CSDPrint top tips for making the most of your exhibition stands:
1) Have a clear budget in mind.
It really helps to achieve a cohesive and cost-effective look for your stand if you have the focus of what you can and can’t afford to guide you. If you’re not sure how much your exhibition stand will cost, speak to the people who do.
2) Who should you talk to?
Well, you wouldn’t be surprised to hear us suggest that you speak to a print and creative services company such as CSDPrint. Choose a company who is experienced and can offer lots of different graphics options. There is a whole host of new and exciting exhibition stand formats out there and whether you are planning on a really big stand or something that is more budget conscious, it is vital to look your best.
3) Always seek professional help when it comes to design.
We all know how important first impressions are and being able to stand out from the crowd at a busy exhibition is really important. Getting a great look need not be as expensive as you think; more often than not it is all about a smidgeon of creativity and lashings of attention to detail.
4) Make sure you think beyond just the stand itself.
You may need leaflets and brochures to hand out, gifts and gismos to make you memorable and what about newsletters after the event to keep building the relationships you’ve just started?
5) When the shows finally over.
Try and store the stand somewhere where it can be left up such as your reception or a meeting room, it will keep its shape and last longer.
If you have any questions with regards to our exhibition display units then please do not hesitate to get in touch with us – we will be more than happy to help.
