Supporting the New Vico Homes Brand

At CSDPrint, we’re proud to celebrate the continued success of our long-standing client Vico Homes and the part we’ve played in supporting their recent rebrand.

Our relationship with the organisation began around 20 years ago, when we quite literally knocked on the door of what was then Wakefield and District Housing (WDH) and offered our services as a local supplier. Back then, our role was fairly small – producing pull-up banners – but it marked the start of a partnership that has grown stronger over the years.

Today, CSDPrint supplies branding for Vico Homes’ new housing developments across Wakefield and Pontefract, helping bring their sites to life with clear, professional signage and a strong visual identity.

In the last couple of months, we have helped with the rebranding of their head office too. The project included producing and installing bespoke branded wallpapers, large-scale wall graphics and precision cut vinyl signage to bring the new brand identity into their workspace.

As the organisation’s brand has evolved, so too has the range of work we provide. Over the past few years, our involvement in their housing developments across the region has grown. We now produce and install a full range of exterior and interior signage from large site entrance promotional signs, flags and branded hoarding boards, through to show home graphics and interior displays – all helping to create a strong and welcoming look across the developments.

Commenting on the relationship managing director, Gail Harrison, said: “Vico Homes are great people to work with, and the work they do enabling people to have lovely and affordable homes is fantastic. It’s been a pleasure to see the how the organisation has grown and to support them through their rebrand.”

The rebrand marks an exciting new chapter for the organisation. Vico Homes, formerly Wakefield and District Housing, is one of the region’s largest social housing providers, managing more than 32,000 homes across West Yorkshire. As part of their long-term plans, they’re aiming to build 1,500 new homes by 2028 while also upgrading thousands of existing properties to improve energy efficiency and sustainability.
